Click Register on this page or on the myTeleflex Home Page.

Fill out the presented form and be sure to complete all required fields.

Click on Register.

A myTeleflex Admin will get back to you within 2 business days with your login information.

Select Track Orders in the upper right.

Click on Order Number to view order details.

Select Shipping Info to see ship status, ship date and tracking ID.

Click the magnifying glass icon on the Order Details page.
