• Three retractors in one, can be used as a sternal/IMA and valve retractor. Provides self-retaining valve retraction. Fits directly onto arms of many types of sternal retractors.
• The T-Frame cross bar attaches to the sternal retractor by means of a “C” clamp. 8" (20.3 cm) T-Frame cross bar allows for addition of valve retractor blades without removing previously placed blades, using universal clamps.
• The Chaux Sternal IMA Valve Retractor when used for valve surgery consists of the basic Chaux Retractor with the addition of a Lemole-Pilling® Valve Retractor Set (341501) and Valve Sternal Blade Assembly (341149).
• Sliding sternal blade assemblies allow movement on horizontal planes of side arms to provide proper position adjustment according to length of sternum.
• Both side arms can be rotated and locked at 30 degrees or 60 degrees along its axis for flexibility in positioning the retractor for IMA exposure.
• All components of the retractor remain in the sterile field. The valve retractor fits directly onto arms of the sternal blade assembly and provides self-retaining valve retraction.
• Set includes 6 valve retracting blades and 2 universal clamps. Various size blades available for any size atrium.
